What we collect
For customer interest, we collect your email address. For merchant interest, we collect your business or store name, business email and, if you provide it, your website or Shopify store URL. We also record the consent wording version and the time you consented.
How we use it
We use these details only to send the Eclipse Surge launch, availability and platform updates described when you submit the form. We do not create an Eclipse Surge account from an interest submission.
How long we keep it
We retain launch-interest submissions for 12 months from submission unless the record is deleted earlier following a request.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe at any time using the instructions included in our emails. You may also reply to an Eclipse Surge update to request deletion of your launch-interest record.
